Name - Beginning of a temporal part of a possible individual
Intent - Representing the date-time that the existence of a temporal part of a possible individual begins.
Description -

A temporal part of a possible individual is declared by relating it to its temporal whole possible individual by means of a TemporalWholePart relationship. The classification(s) of the temporal whole is(are) inherited by the temporal part. The context of this information can (optionally) be defined by means of classifying the TemporalWholePart relationship with the applicable instance of ClassOfTemporalWholePart.

the instance of XmlSchemaDateTime that represents the date and time of the beginning of the existence of the temporal part (NOTE).
