Intent -

Representation of the fact that a WholeLifeIndividual begins its existence (NOTE).

NOTE - The WholeLifeIndividual is declared separately, with its essential classification. Essential classification is a classification that cannot change during the entire lifetime of the individual.

EXAMPLE - 'Person' is an essential classification, 'MalePerson' is not.

Description -

The PossibleIndividual begins at a PointInTime. That PointInTime is represented by an instance of XmlSchemaDateTime.
